Delivery & Returns Policy

Nottingham Seafoods delivers to all UK postal codes with the following exceptions – Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, all Scottish Islands, Highlands and North of Falkirk.

Next day delivery is as standard due to the nature of goods. We ensure to send all orders out for next day delivery however some products may not be in stock and can take longer to source resulting in a delay. Please note choosing next day delivery at checkout does not guarantee you shall receive your parcel the next day as some products may not be in stock and can take longer to source resulting in a delay.


If you know you are going to to be unavailable to sign for your parcel, please leave special instructions for the driver by inputting your message in the ‘delivery instruction’ box during checkout . The courier company will leave your delivery wherever you specify, however as you were not available to sign for your fish order, we cannot accept liability if it is not there when you return.

NOTE: Orders Placed On Friday Shall be sent out on Tuesday unless Saturday Delivery is chosen (where Applicable). All orders Placed Over the weekend shall be sent out on Tuesday.

we pack our seafood properly so that it will stay cold for up-to 72 hours. So in the event of a courier delay we are confident your order will still be perfect.

We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that have not been signed for, or for orders that have to be re-delivered.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

Returns
Due to the nature of goods Returns are not accepted, however if you are not satisfied with your order please raise an issue with our team we shall try and resolve it.
