Storage

We recommend smoked fish to be consumed by its best before date shown on the label. Store in your refrigerator. To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months.

Due to product availability and market conditions we may send Frozen Fish. This product may be dispatched frozen and begin to Thaw in transit, although all our orders are packed properly we can not guarantee items will be fully frozen upon delivery. Therefore might not be suitable for home freezing.
