Langoustines are prized for their sweet, succulent meat, which has a delicate texture. The meat is often compared to that of lobster but is considered to be even more tender and flavourful. They can be prepared in various ways, including grilling, boiling, baking, and frying. Langoustines are often served with butter, garlic, and fresh herbs to enhance their natural flavours.
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months. Due to product availibilty and market coditions we may send Frozen Fish. This product may be dispatched frozen and begin to Thaw in transit, Altough all our orders are packed properly we can not guarantee items will be fully frozen upon delivery. Therefore might not be suitable for home freezing.
